Return Process

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your Redragon gear in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories that were included in the initial shipment.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
